  • Hi.

I am based in England, and am a Silver member. I know it seems unfair that some people get access to tickets before others, but it does reward those who are loyal and go each week. I know this stops new supporters going but its a trade off for Arsenal and MUCH better than at Highbury, when even Silver members struggled to get tickets!
  • Can we ask how much the tickets for the Hamburg game are costing?
  • Sure, I just found out this morning where my seats will be and what it'll cost. I'll be in the upper tier, front row, near the halfway line. Some of the best seats in the house according to ArsenalAmerica.com.

The cost is $88 per ticket.

Good question about Swansea. They're playing at home against Bristol City on the same day as Man United against Chelsea at Old Trafford. If I'm unable to get a United ticket, I may make a pilgrimage down to South Wales to watch the Swans.

  • Yeah, I had a similar experience trying to get Arsenal tickets. I am sure that it makes them a lot of money, which they need to pay off the debt. But I think it comes at a cost, because it prices out a lot of people from going, which I think is terrible.
  • I'm a red member and a member of Arsenal America. I saw 4 matches at Highbury last season, including the semi against Villareal and the last visit of ManU. I echo Gaffer's comments about the wisdom of joining a local supporters' club. It's a great way to get tickets and meet great people who support the same club you do.

Family obligations will keep me from getting over to the Emirates this season, but it's nice to know that I'll be able to watch my Gunners the next time I go. And, yes, I plan to keep my red membership and Arsenal America membership.
  • What a great game arsenal didn't play!!! Okay did anyone else notice that DuDu? Is he related to Kaka? I told ya Brasil was
S*%#!!! HA HA, I know that's just an Italian comment!!! I called a buddy and said that, but he must have heard me, because KaKa scored a hat trick right after my staement, which isn't easy in champions league!!!
