  • You have outdone yourself this time.

How exactly is Mexico the dominant team in CONCACAF when they have won just one match in the last eleven meetings with the USA? You fail to also mention the game you glorify for these two footballers Mexico did not win.

Honestly, I have never seen a post like this on EPL Talk promoting American players in the Prem talking about how world class they are. On the other places you blog also, you are so pro-Mexico it is beyond reasonable comprehension.

This piece utter rubbish. The worst ever on EPL Talk. Freddy Adu is 19 and he could run circles around both these nobodys. Oh but they are Mexican so they must be world class in Kartik's book, and Adu is american so he has no skill and no technique.

I cannot understand why so many people take your opinion seriously.
  • Ha! I was going to ask when Kartik was planning to weigh in on how crap the USMT is compared to the rest of CONCACAF - then I realized it was Kartik who wrote the article.

Anyway, it'll be interesting to see how the pair get on in the EPL.
  • Freddie Adu is good but could not run circles around either of these players. USA has dominated Mexico in recent years, albeit with "..inferior talent", as this column states. I wish more American and Mexican players would venture to Europe so that both contries could consistently compete at a much higher level with the World. Stop the hate.
  • When the USA produces two players of this quality or wins the U-17 World Cup you yanks can talk.

Until then stuff it! This was an outstanding piece on two soon to be worldwide stars.
