With the decision by the arbitration panel today ruling against Sheffield United, the precedent has been set for clubs to be deceitful in the future regarding transfers, face the penalty of getting fined but avoid a points deduction.
Be fair. There was language in the contract that never came into effect. How different is this than the Kabba & Tim Howard deal? The new ownership reported this once it found it, THEY REPORTED IT. They weren't caught red handed and it was the old ownership. I don't think this case is as cut and try as you make it. Nevermind the fact that Sheffield needed only ONE POINT in the last 10 games and they would be up. Lets forget all that as they are "victims". What a buch of bull.

Oh dear! Equating the Kabba/Howard cases with Tevez affair really has to be an extreme case of wishful thinking. If you really think this, you shouldn't be able to type words in any sort of coherent order.To this day, Tevez isn't owned by West Ham. Kia has hinted at as much. WH broke the rules when they signed the Argentines and they're still breaking the rules. The truth will come out sooner or later for those desperate souls that don't see it already. Meanwhile, trying to say the Kabba/Howard transfers are in any way similar is a bit like comparing a forest fire toa a snarkling log burning in your fireplace. 3megistus
