chelsea did not look too great against wigan.
Liverpool need to try pennant more as kyut is not the answer.
A confident pennant can cause trouble on the right with babel on the left.
Ngog to also light up the PL

Seriously now, what is your thinking behind ranking the Reds ahead of Chelsea?? But that's fine i guess, everyone has an opinion.. it'll be satisfying when Chelsea will finish the season in the #1 spot.

When LFC play4-5-3-1, there's no place for the runner Kyut. Then some weeks, we should revert to 4-4-2 to give a little rest to key players. It gonna be another marathon season with pursuit of several silverwares to save the season after 2 consecutive barren ones. Otherwise, forget about Rafa and the first-ever PL gold medals for the merseysiders.

Liverpool ahead of Chelsea? You're having a laugh! Best 'pool will get is 3rd, and that is if Arsenal have a somewhat poor season. Chelsea will easily surpass them, like they have in recent years. I even see Chelsea winning the PL this year, as United don't look like they will have the same season as last year.

I think your a bit off in saying Agger and Carragher is as good as any Cent. D pairing.

Yep, that's the other possibility.

I personally don't think they're going to sign Barry, but you're right, in a 4-2-3-1 like I mentioned in my preview, Gerrard would play on the right and drift inside, and Keane would play behind Torres.

Fair analysis but you may see Liverpool look more like this:

-- Gerrard - Keane - Babel
------------ Torres ---------------

Barry replaced by Alonso or Lucas if Barry doesnt sign. With Gerrard, Keane and Babel inter-changing during play.
