Go to a College Football game on Saturday's and if the security isn't around let's say in Tuscalossa as the Auburn team bus roles in, look out. It just doesn't happen in pro sports because quite frankly American pro sports are the province of the elite and most people don't carry their interest in pro sports beyond their drive home at night from a game- they leave it behind there which football supporters do not do.

That having been said, football is life and like a religion. I somehow don't find this newsworthy. When football dictates life's actions this should be happening every weekend.

Re: No Excuse for Attack of Manchester United Team Bus

No, Jeff, I DO, in fact, understand the fact that soccer dictates the life of all these fans, and that's exactly the problem.

Re: No Excuse for Attack of Manchester United Team Bus

IDIOT,, first of all its not soccer... Here in the US no equivelent exists. It is disengenous for Americans to preach about these sorts of things that we don't understand. Our lives revolve around being sports fans. Wheras in England football dominates people's daily lives. It is a huge difference.
