I think the lack of Championship players moving up can be attributed to the money in the Premiership as well. There are probably 10-11 Championship clubs who still feel that they have a shot to get into the playoff and be promoted. With all of that money in the TV deal next year, it is probably worth it for them to hold on to everyone and take a shot rather than cash in on players now.
