gaffer and paul bestall, i dont think it was the best choice for a game to attend. i think the sweden game was the best choice. this has to be simple and obvious to all men. swedish women. did you see the swedish women sitting in the stands getting drunk and watching their team. what a good oppurtunity missed to meet some of those pretty blondes and brunettes. i dont care if you have a girl friend or wife, watching the game could have been the best excuse to see all the beautiful women of sweden. there can not be a better place to meet a swedish woman.

What is the rule concerning injured players and an offside call? The play happened so fast the official did not have time to stop the play for a severe injury (not that the injury was severe, this would be a subjective call for the ref).

I'm mostly curious about the rule. If the play happened slower and the official judged the defender injured prior to the pass would it be an offside position?

I looked at FIFA's rules on offsides and it does not address injured players. Sorry if this is an obvious ruling but I'm only a Yank after all.

the dutch fans are awesome to experience on television. i can only imagine how it was in person. the oranje sea is one beautiful sight.
