    Derek Rae I miss on the commentary but I will never miss Tommy 'bulge in the olde onion bag' Smyth. If ever a guy was hired by muppets just because he has an accent.

    I missed Derek Rae, too. But Robbie Mustoe was pretty awful as a co-commentator. Many of his comments stated the obvious throughout the match.

    Because as the Gaffer said, today's alternative, Robbie Mustoe, was shockingly bad. He didn't bring anything to the table as far as analysis goes and from a color commentator, that's what you're looking for.

    its was un Belivable to what happened to Liverpool at the last minute , Little did i know that the last minute can break the camels back!but my Encouragement comes again liverpool team is a good team the return march to the bridge means extra hard work. the referee was fair no blame at all.     I think the reason ESPN used the other guys is to get them over to the american audience since they will probably be the 2nd broadcast team behind Rae/Smyth for the European Championships this summer.
