Fox Soccer Channel Bringing Premier League Matches Live to the Internet

Beginning this August, Fox Soccer Channel will begin broadcasting some Premier League matches live via the Internet at FoxSoccer.com

  • Yea but I wonder how much it is going to cost?
  • My guess, free for a while. They won't be showing ManU-Chelsea, but a mid week clash between 2 bottom of the table teams seems likely.


    Remember the crowd for the CL the chat had mid week. Well people can tune in on their computer at work. FSC ma for once be trying to get ahead of the market.



    Hopefully they won't mess up the broadcast.

  • No word on the cost yet or whether it'll be blocked for users overseas. My guess is yes, there'll be a cost associated with watching some matches live (although it depends how many are offered).


    They'll have to block the internet feed from people with IP addresses overseas. Otherwise, they may run the risk of being sued themselves.
