I got tickets to the England vs. Estonia game and found it very difficult to figure out how to even buy them.  They need to put in a special part for rookies or first time buyers.  I got lucky and did it correctly, but I also had to sign up for EnglandFans and then log in at 4:00am CST to actually purchase the tickets.  Also, I never got any word from them that I had to pick the tickets up at will call.  I had to email them and ask when I would get the tickets.
