I'm not sure I like the big green advertisement. That color makes this feel too much like a "Seattle Toffees" kit.

Other than that, though, it's not bad.

This will be quite a psychological boost. As it will be rather like the England team shirts, which in line with the German national shirts make the wearers look bigger.
Just as all black slims people, white makes you look broader.
A good choice.
