    I want jose to be our england manager.Mclaren is extremly stupid!!!!How can he put a 4-4-1-1 when we were at 2-2.Crouch should have started alongside defoe or bent.We need the special one back right now,please!!!!!

    I'll suggest something really different. Keep McClaren! Who knows better what England needs to do to turn things around. Only a English coach who has intimate knowledge of the countries football players and system can right the boat.


    The goal for England should not just be a quick fix to qualify for South Africa. That will only lead to short term fixes and covering up the mistakes. Do things for the long haul.

    The damn Yanks on this website know zilch about Football nor need to be commenting. Your national team couldn't even beat Andorra at home and now your obsession with our team has brought us down. Go back to watching a dumb five hour long game like american football and a simple stupid game like basketball. the later is your sport and croatia has surpassed you in that sport so you are not ones to talk.

    You are simply not a true football fan. The aggro in what you say show you are nothing more than a worthless hooligan that is trying to put the blame on this loss on everything else but the fact McClaren simply got it wrong with a 4-5-1 formation to start.



    By the way, how does it feel for the English to see that the two best players on the England National Team either play in the United States or are stuck having a hell of a time getting a game at Liverpool?

    I hear people saying all the time that Steve McLaren is the best English manager, but personally I couldn't disagree more. To me, Harry Redknapp, Steve Coppell, Sam Allardyce, and maybe even Alan Curbishley are better managers than McLaren; just because McLaren won an FA Cup (a competition that means less and less every season) and reached a UEFA Cup final (where they promptly got sent packing right back to the Riverside) doesn't make him an actual better manager in terms of man management, tactical decicions, etc.

    If England do win the World Cup in 2010 and deserve it, they will get all the praise in the world from me.

    If England win the World Cup in 2010 and not deserve it, they will continue to get the same slack I give them.



    I simply call things like I see them and I do not pull punches. If you can't take that brunt honesty, go watch golf, darts or bowls.

    bla bla bla....
    Everybody talks how England played bad, how McClaren sucks....

    Don*t mind if I say that we beat England fare an deserved.. despite the gift, and yes, Im talking about the penalty shoot, we won couse we ARE a better team..

    We have Slaven Bilic, currently the best head choach, couse he knows his job.

    And another thing, England may have the money, and the power over the media, but they will never have that bond that Croatians do. Our boys are like brothers, they would die for their teammates, and there I include the choaches..

    It*s so very obvious that our boys play with heart and pride, and not for money such as many others....

    The England players are too arogant and they underestimated us.



    No offence, but better DID won!!

    Yeah.
    And England did everything to make it to the euro 08 by not allowing Croatians to postpone that sharade of the game in Macedonia that more looked like a pig wrestling match than a qual. game.Also the suspicious penalty and Crouch kissing the grounbd every two minutes...The truth is that we have a better team that knows that with every goal they score are love for them grows and so does for our country as well.Just look at your stars standing before 90000 of their fans during the 'god save the queen'.They looked like they're barely holding out not to pick their noses during the anthem.and also our 7000 fans were louder than yours at any time.english dont have no real motive, as for our guys know that the'll be strangled to death if they dont leave their hearts and balls on the pitch...
