The managers that will suffer the axe in 2006 are:

  • Just a few days after I posted the post to my blog, Middlesbrough get hammered 7-0 away to Arsenal, Newcastle slump to a goal from Fulham, but Everton scramble a win against Porsmouth (albeit with a fluky goal).

  • Absolutely. David Moyes has done a fantastic job in 2006 with a series of 1-0 wins.


    Interestingly, the last time Everton scored more than one goal to win a league match was January 2nd when they beat Charlton 3-1.



    Still, 1-0 wins still equal three points. And Moyes has turned Everton around from relegation maybes to challenging for the upper half of the table.
